Crafty project

I was browsing some craft website and got the idea to make a jewelry holder for my vintage jewelry.  I took two spools of yarn and simply wound them around a frame that I found and now I have a jewelry holder! Voila!

I love how the feathers on this necklace actually move.

I was in Sacramento recently and thought this monogram necklace was so cute.  It came from Krazy Marie's, located in Sacramento, California's midtown district and was designed and made by a student from Sacramento State Univ. I  paired with the novel earrings, which I got at an art fair.

The Bees Knees!

this store truly is the bees knees. If you are looking for chic and elegance with a bit of kitsch, then look no further than Magnolia Lane. Located in the Green Valley Ranch area of the District Village Walk in Las Vegas, this store offers an array of products for the home, including kitchenware, nursery decorations and jewelry.   I love this store. It's shabby chic and modest.

Patricia's Closet has some of the coolest clothes at affordable prices. Located in the Town Center mall in Las Vegas near the strip.

Anthropologie!

I absoutely love the this store. It's a bit pricey but it meets all my needs as far as having classy, fun, clothing that can be worn day or night. I come here all the time just to look at what they have. The store is so cozy too. I don't even have to buy anything. I just like being in the atmosphere.

 The Lolia brands are my favorite bath products. They're soft, feminine, and nice bottles to keep after use.

The children's section offers a nice selection of books for little ones.

I must have this dress. Not only is it in my favorite color, but I love the cut too! It's made of velvet, so it's perfect for fall, paired with a nice jacket and boots.

Chicken Sausage Spaghetti

I've always known how to cook but lately I've been cooking...alot.  It's just something that I enjoy to do and when I cook I normally like to cook from scratch.  I've been making up my own recipes also.  People have been telling me that I should start my own food truck, which would be awesome because I get to travel alot and do what I love and who wouldn't love that?  My mom describes my cooking as fusion gourmet.  I like to clash different spices together and see what I get but it's always light and healthy.  

Paris in the Spring.

One of my biggest dreams is to go to Paris, particularly in the Spring. I was stuck in the house one day daydreaming about going to Paris and how pretty it would be during that time of year and decided to paing an abstract simplified version of the eiffel tower.
